MY APPROACH
Somatic . Experiential . Relational
I specialize in navigating identity, trauma, grief, attachment, and emotional regulation. My approach is somatic, experiential, and relational. In my therapy, I seek to co-create an intentional mind-body connection to inspire sustainable growth and neuroplasticity. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered. My clinical orientation blends Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, mindfulness, and CBT. My clinical approach integrates technical therapeutic techniques, narrative therapy, and body-based knowing. Where you come from and the meaning you make of your own background and story is important to me. I work from a systems theory perspective, integrating principles of empowerment, liberation, harm reduction, social justice, and cultural humility. I recognize you as the expert in your own experience.

"What if we joined our wildernesses together?" Sit with that for a minute. That the body, the life, might carry a wilderness, an unexpected territory, and that yours and mine might somewhere, somehow, meet. Might, even, join.
